Spells and kits—if the seal hasn't been broken and the spell hasn't begun, you have 14 days to send it back for a full refund. Once the candle's been lit or the booklet's been read, the spell has been cast—no returns.
Shop items—unworn apparel, unburned candles, and unopened matches can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Used items can't be returned.

Email orders@covensf.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Refunds post to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the order.
Recipients can exchange unopened spells, kits, and shop items for store credit.
If your order was marked delivered but never arrived, write to us within 7 days at orders@covensf.com.
